We decided to go to japan. we planned and planned only for it all to change as soon as we got here. We were told in our airplane itinerary we would be arriving on Sunday the 10th at 430 pm. that made sense since we left at 130pm and i thought we were going back in time with the time change. So we booked our hotel for Sunday the tenth. As we arrived we were told it was actually monday the 11th.
This is where i get completely confused and i start to worry about our hotel since we didn't show up the day we were suppose to. Out of the airport we found the train station and got on the next one headed for central Tokyo. About an 1/2 hour later we arrived to the central Tokyo train station.
Now it all sets in that I am in another country. Sheridan and i walked around for an hour trying to figure out just how to get out of this place. We were walking in circles for ever until finally we figured it out. I've never been so confused in my life. Imagine hundreds of people walking fast as shit through this train station, I'm trying to figure out where to go no one speaks english and I don't know if we even have a place to sleep. Patients start to flare.
So as we leave i jumped in a cab , he took us to the hotel, and our room we booked was never booked. NICE!. luckily they had open rooms. So we took one, went and found some good food, check out the area and called it a night. Pretty tough first day but only to get better. Next stop imperial palace.
The plane had free video games, free movies, and best of all free Booze. Sorry virgin air you've been beat. I almost took out a twelve pack.
